TRES CRUCES 2019 UPGRADE– HVAC; FIRE PROTECTION

In 2019, Tres Cruces bus station and shopping center undertook a new extension that included a new floor for the center with over 16,000 m 2 of super built-up area.

The work carried out included the full execution of the fire fighting system with sprinklers following NFPA 13 and NFPA 14 standards for Tres Cruces bus station and shopping center upgrade. The work also involved the construction of the complete piping network and the installation of more than 800 sprinklers.
The ventilation and air conditioning systems for the extension were also built under this project.
This comprised the assembly of a chilled water system by a 500 TR chilled water machinery room; the erection of cooling towers, central stations, assembly of over 15 tons of ducts, pipes, etc.
