2015 signaled the starting point for the construction of the first 530 MW combined cycle power plant in Uruguay.
The new plant included two gas turbines and a steam turbine. Under this project, Ingener run the complete installation of the HVAC system, among other works.
Ingener’s contract comprised the provision and assembly of the ventilation and air conditioning system for the complete combined cycle power plant, with the construction of over 70 tons of ducts and the installation of more than 40 direct expansion conditioning units (totaling 700 TR), 70 ventilation units, L type copper pipes for chilled water, etc.
