WTC IV is a multi-company 46-story office tower, 130 meters high (4 basements, one ground floor, 38 office floors, one executive club floor and two technical stories) and a two-story annex for food court. World Trade Center is the most modern business complex in Uruguay and combines an outstanding location, high quality services and an international reputation.
In December 2009, the electrical installation of WTC tower IV was upgraded. Basically the work consisted in the turnkey electrical installation, including medium and low voltage lines stringing, cable trays, conduits, a grounding mesh, the construction of two MV/LV substations, the supply and erection of switchboards, etc.
